Erik Dodier

Erik Dodier spoke with our NHEx group about his journey from launching a small web design and development firm in the '90s to growing it into a nationally recognized Salesforce partner. He shared how, despite the company’s success, he eventually found himself overwhelmed—feeling like the business was running him instead of the other way around. That turning point led him to adopt the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), which he described as a game-changer. With EOS, Erik was able to gain clarity, delegate more effectively, and align his team around a shared vision. Over the next few years, the company scaled rapidly—from 75 to 450 employees—ultimately leading to a successful exit in 2022. Now an EOS Implementer, Erik walked us through how the system not only transformed his business but also gave him a better quality of life, and he encouraged all of us to consider whether we’re working in our business—or on it.
