Ethan Keslar founded NHEx to create a dynamic community where entrepreneurs and professionals could connect, learn, and grow together. His vision was to foster a collaborative environment that supports both personal and professional development. I’m proud to hold the insurance seat in the group, helping to bring valuable industry insights and support to our members.

Co-Founder

Gunner co-founded NHEx to help build a community where entrepreneurs and professionals could connect, learn, and grow together. His vision was to foster a collaborative environment that supports both personal and professional development. Gunner owns two businesses—a mail store and a digital media company—and proudly holds the digital media seat within the group, bringing valuable expertise and perspective to NHEx members.

Co-Founder

Matthew Ridings is Marine Service specialist at Corinthian Yacht Club. Having worked within the industry for 10 years with skills ranging from maintenance to extensive diagnostics and repairs. He manages an 8-Member staff that is responsible for 400 customers. From full service / storage customers, rentals, valet, mooring and member slips, Matt aims to give everyone a great experience on the water. He feels his decision-making, critical thinking, and project management toward team efforts and business improvements are amongst his strengths. Matt seeks to learn from NHEX about the paper and pencil side of business, opposed to the hands-on. Improving his expertise from peers and guests, further separating himself and the Yacht Club from the rest.

Co-Founder

Danny Joined NHEX at its conception with the goal of being a part of a community of young, motivated entrepreneurs with varied experiences. He found NHEX to be a group with a mindset of collaboration and shared experience to benefit more than just an individual but to help others learn grow and succeed. With nearly fifteen years in the recreational boating industry, rising to the ranks of senior management in his early twenties. Danny has also founded three companies with various partners. Along with his current role as Marina Manager at North Water Marine, Danny still owns a holding company to launch future endeavors as well as a small, consolidated services company. Danny currently holds the marina management seat, bringing his experience as a manager, a founder and an owner to the group.

Kyle Rourke is a project manager and entrepreneur with experience across high-end residential, commercial construction, real estate, and property development in the Lakes Region of New Hampshire. As Project Manager at Rourke Fine Home Building, I oversee the construction of custom homes around Lake Winnipesaukee. My work spans client relations, job estimating, subcontractor coordination, and active project management. I'm also a licensed real estate agent with Keller Williams Coastal Lakes & Mountains, enabling me to keep client transactions in-house and provide a full-service experience from land acquisition to move-in. Recently, I’ve taken on a leadership role in our commercial construction division, Rourke Commercial Design-Build, where I apply my residential experience to manage larger-scale commercial projects from planning through completion. In addition, I manage We Store It 4 U, a climate-controlled storage facility and office located in Wolfeboro. I oversee facility operations, tenant management, and ongoing improvements. I’m always open to connecting with professionals in construction, real estate, and development.

Myles Nicolay, is the founder of The Mobile Detailing Co., a fast-growing premium auto and marine detailing business based in Wolfeboro, New Hampshire. What began as a solo hustle has grown into a powerhouse operation with a full-time team, a booked-out shop, and a reputation for delivering high-end results. Outside of business, Myles is a lifelong martial artist and kickboxing coach at Hook Fight Co. in Moultonborough, where he brings the same discipline, intensity, and strategic thinking that fuels his entrepreneurial journey. He’s now focused on scaling his company toward a multi-million dollar exit—while helping raise the bar for what’s possible inside NH-EX
